Ingrediants:
For the pastry:
• 2 eggs
• 100g sugar
• 80 g of sunflower seed oil
• 320g wheat flour
• 8 g baking powder
• zest of half a lemon
For the stuffing:
• 2 pears
• 4 teaspoons of cane sugar
• 1 cup of water
• cinnamon to taste
For the cream:
• 1 liter of milk
• 200 g of sugar
• 80 g of corn acid
• 1 sachet of vanillin
• Chocofruit pear and chocolate
Preparation of Father's Day Tart:
Start preparing the tart from the pastry. In a bowl mix eggs and sugar. Then add the oil and the lemon zest and then a little at a time the flour combined with the baking powder. When the compound begins to harden, knead with your hands until you get a smooth dough. With 3/4 of the pastry, cover the base and edges of a 24 cm mold. Then bake in a ventilated oven at 180° for 20 minutes (or in any case until golden brown). With the remaining pastry, make the decorations and cook them separately at the same temperature for 10 minutes.
At this point, move on to the filling. Cut the pears into cubes and put them in a pan together with the cane sugar, a cup of water and a little cinnamon to your taste. Cook until the pears are soft and the liquid almost dried.
Then move on to the cream. Put the milk on the heat and pour in the mixture of sugar, corn starch and vanillin. Stir and bring to the boil, continuing until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove it from the heat, transfer it to a bowl and add the Chocofruit. You will have to obtain a homogeneous cream.
Finally move on to the composition. Distribute the pears on the bottom of the tart, compacting them well. Then pour the cream and put in the fridge to harden. Once your tart is cold, add the shortcrust pastry decorations.
